Take time out from your busy!  The day begins with an opening reflection ‘Poetic Reflections’ a video series by Edwina Gateley.  The rest of the time is for whatever nourishes you such as a contemplative walk; reading; prayer; time in the Chapel etc.  Bring a lunch or eat in quiet with the Sisters, who have their Monthly Prayer Day.
