Join Sr. Bobbi and others in learning about Merton’s life and writings.  Benet House is a Merton Chapter of the International Merton Society.  Video presentations and Merton’s writings will be used.  This year the emphasis is on Merton’s books in this order: Bread in the Wilderness  (1953); New Seeds of Contemplation (1962); Conjectures of a Guilty Bystander (1966); Zen and the Birds of Appetite (1968).

Date:  3rd Monday of the month beginning Sept. 19; Oct. 17; Nov. 21; Dec. 19.  2023: Jan. 16; Feb. 20; Mar. 20; April 17;  May 15.

Time:  6:30-8:00 PM

Fee:  $15/session: Books purchased on your own.
